The Shire of Okeborne Keep is the local branch of The Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA) for Tuscaloosa, AL and surrounding areas. We are a non-profit educational organization devoted to learning and teaching the medieval ways of life, and having fun at the same time! We are the kids who used to daydream about the times of yore, the knights in shining armor. Now that we have grown up, we have found way to live those dreams! (on weekends, anyway…) We reenact armored fighting, medieval dancing, feasting, and medieval arts & sciences.

Our business meetings are currently held the first Tuesday of the month from 6:30-7:30 pm via Zoom. Links are posted in our Facebook group.
